Clearance item orders cannot be cancelled. Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited, and items are subject to prior sale. No price adjustments are given on prior sales.
Returns and Order Cancellations
We cannot accept returns or order cancellations on any custom manufactured items or special order items or items not in house 72 hours after confirmed order placement or receipt of payment. Any returned custom orders buyer must pay all around shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee no exceptions. Refunds can take up to 15 days. Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned.
Any product we don’t carry in stock, any products that require certain color temperature not originally manufactured. Any products that are wholesale bulk orders.
We provide free estimates over the phone. However, if we are required to come out to the property/location and take any measurements, dimensions, pictures, video, Auto Cad, Renderings, sketch work, and provide a estimate/proposal and the client decides not to purchase our products and or services we will provide the client with an invoice for those services and or products ( such as samples ). Invoices will be based on the project size, on location, off location ( in house work ), travel distance, toll, gas, technical work ( such as renderings, detailed information etc. ) We reserve the right.
Products Warranty Service Regulations

Firstly, we thank you very much for choosing our products. All of our products are CE certified. In order to provide you satisfied service and also to protect your rights, we will offer you the products warranty services after sale as the below terms. So, please read all regulations carefully.
This regulation will be applied to outdoor LED garden lights, LED wall washer lights, LED floodlights and LED in-ground lights. You could enjoy our after-sale services if you buy products through formal channels except the following conditions.
1. Defects or damaged by human resulting when using the products.
2. Products repaired and altered before both of us consulted and authorized.
3. Defects or damage from improper operation and installation, misuse, accident or force Maureen.
4. Without valid receipt of purchase or provide in congruent product information with Aqua Blue LED.
5. Other defects did not caused by the quality of product.
II . Quality Assurance
We take the principle of Customer First, Service Superior to satisfy our customers in after-sale services. We promise to offer 3 years warranty period for outdoor LED garden lights, LED wall washer lights, LED floodlights and LED in-ground lights, in which we provide either free or paid guarantee repairs or replacements. Detailed items as followed.
- If our products have some existence quality problems within 3 months since the date of purchasing, customers can change new product or free components to replace. If lights are installed, you must uninstall and return at customer expense. If you need assistance to uninstall a service person will assist you, charges may apply.
- Warranty periods that may expire are not covered. months, if the LED occur serious faded or cannot work, freely offered newly lights to replace by us. Replacement method can be consulted and determined by particular cases.
Note: Led depreciation ratio and other parameters related evaluations should consider the working
conditions of LED light and working time calculated within 12 hours per day.
3. Within the warranty period, if the same type product cannot be offered for stopping production, damaged condition causes to not be repaired or other factors, we can provide new products with same level or higher level to replace. The price gap, which generated from the price of normal buying, should be complemented.
Notice: the same level means technique and specification but not related with price, the same as
4. Exceed free warranty period, if products with serious damage ,lack of accessories supply or other uncontrollable factors causes to not be repaired, we will no longer offer maintenance service.
5. After renew and repair, warranty service period still accords to the originally purchasing date.
6. The above products warranty terms of service implementation should be established in the respect of facts, give fully consideration to the practical problem with both sides for negotiation of the specific treatment scheme.
1. If there are any other regulations which collide with this one, carry out by this one.
2. If the contents of this regulation are against the law, carry out according to the law.
3. The right of revising and interpret to this regulation belongs to Aqua Blue LED.
4. This regulation is carried out at the same time of the date of promulgation.
5. This regulation is only applicable to products which are ordered after Oct 1, 2011.
